My kids waste more time playing with the app than brushing there teeth

Love this app. My daughter loves to brush her teeth and get the stickers. The only improvement I would make is some way (color, Icon-something) to help little ones who cant read pick the character for that brush time.

Just bought my daughters the Dora and Nemo toothbrushes. They are so disappointed that neither worked. In both cases they got random princesses. We used to love this app.

My kids are all excited to brush their teeth both morning and night! I dont have to say anything to them.....they just volunteer to brush their teeth!!!

Both my daughters wanted the frozen brushes. We bought them and though the app was a cool idea. Tried the app the last 3 days twice on my phone once on the I pad. Recognized the brushes once. The rest of the time they get the default timer and stickers. Deleted app and would not recommend to anyone. I guess it was free but complete waste of time.

My kids used to love this app, but now there is no sound. Ive tried deleting and redownloading, but still no sound. Please fix.

My 3 kids, 9, 7 and 5 love brushing their teeth along with the app. Only thing is It is sometimes hard for the image recognition to work.

Why is the timer set to 1 minute? It can’t even be edited to the recommended 2 minutes!! Yourself show a video where you mention that kids need to brush their teeth « 2 long minutes », but you don’t use that basic fact into the key part of the App. Also, I found easier to scan a picture of the product displayed on my phone/laptop then scanning an actual product. Scanning an actual product fails most of the time, when a saved picture on my phone always works (and enables to access ANY book for products you don’t own, just google it ;) ).

Disney. Lots of money. Invest it to make an app that doesnt bug every week or so. Always problems changing characters. Stickers never save. Sort it out. People buy your toothbrush to use with the app. People are paying money, so invest some money. Otherwise whats the point of an app.

Now all the stickers are gone!!!!

Problems is not opening

kids are really sad - this new update "killed" most stickers in the album. Pretty sad, so far the kids loved it and were pretty motivated to brush their teeth. Please provide another update that fixes that and brings back the stickers ...

My son loved this app and would get so excited to brush... However, within a week, all your stickers disappear. Even reloaded and started over... Happened again. Made my little guy very sad to have lost all his achievements

Great concept but app doesnt work. Get as far as a tutorial and kicks you off and never loads again...

This is a great app for about a week. Then all your stickers disappear and all their excitement with them. It was disappointing for my little ones. Fix the problem. Thought since Disney had their name on this it might actual work. Dont promote this on your Disney junior channel if it doesnt work.

Album tends to add new pages and reload by itself by the time when you expect the new album to unlock. Its unclear when and how many stickers you need to get for a new album. In general, its a cute idea

This app does get my 5.5 and nearly 4 year old to stand still for 2 minutes to get their teeth brushed. However, it crashes often, particularly from within the "sticker" books and in the Cars book, it has duplicated two of the stickers, and now keeps giving the same sticker repeatedly, sometimes filling in multiple slots at the same time. This included skipping over two of the awards. It also has trouble scanning an Ariel toothbrush, although a cars toothbrush and princess toothpaste are very easily recognized.

Until I had this app, brushing my 2 year old daughters teeth was a nightmare. I literally had to wrestle her down to try and get a toothbrush in her mouth. Weve been using this app for 2 weeks now, and its been a total dream. She actually asks to have her teeth brushed now. I highly recommend this for anyone with young kids.

Crashes before it even opens! When I click on App Support it takes me to "Oops! That page cant be found."! So disappointed!
