Game simply does not start

Great app and my kids love it. Only thing I would say is that you could update the number of available characters. Why not throw Ashoka into the mix for Star Wars?

I cannot find/don’t have a way to scan new products. I don’t see a home button as in some of the videos I searched. Please advise.

Love this app. Helps my 5yo stay consistent and excited about brushing. Two things that warrant a missing star in my review: 1) it would be nice to see some new characters as we are unlocking them rather quickly and it’d be nice to see a wider selection of unlockables. 2) Nemo is not working appropriately as the demo and profile pic immediately go to Dory whether she is unlocked or not

My son absolutely loves this app. It helps him and his little brother brush their teeth and get excited about it. The only disappointment is that the character of Moana is not available as of March 2025. Is this something that might change in the future? Would be a great addition! As it is, we still love and appreciate the app and all the hard work you all put into it. It’s well designed and very effective. Thanks!

Love the coin system, but now they’re just accumulating.

My son just unlocked Nemo today and his character doesn’t work. The little video that loads before the timer counts down to brush your teeth shows the same video as the one that is shown while using Dory. The character timer also shows a picture of Dory instead of Nemo. These two things are supposed to show the character selected. In this case for these two things, it should be Nemo. Not Dory. Please please fix. Other than that, I have no problems with this app and love it!

I absolutely love it, my only gripe is I wish more characters would be added.

I think it is a good way to keep track of your brushing. and it is fun with all the characters you can chose from and getting pictures. so four or five stars.

Great for my kid, but missing Moana in the list, can’t connect my OralB Moana Disney Princess toothbrush.

This can help you brush your teeth for two minutes

I have been using this since I was little and I still love it!

It helps our stubborn one to brush. Only one thing is the brush head that comes with the toothbrush wears out quickly.

We’ve used this app for almost a year, I love that now my son can earn coins to buy new characters! He can get a new one about every week ❤️

I want to give this app a 5 star because we like it but there’s no sound. I’ve checked all my settings and I’ve made sure I said yes to the sound question and yet no sound. Am I missing something? 1/3/25. I updated my review from one star to 5 after receiving a response on this review from the developer

I’ve been using this for about a year and it’s perfect even the group brushing is perfect to every little detail and it’s just so easy to use.

Why I love it because it’s my favorite. My kid loves it. That’s what I want to say.

For some reason, if you delete unused data, and you have 2 characters with all 100 stickers, some of them are gone. Please fix this. Also, I suggest to edit the coins when you edit calendar. That’s all, and thanks because Hum Colgate for Kids is WORSE THAN THIS APP! I like the other features.

Magic Timer is the best timer. It helps me brush twice a day and gives me points to earn new characters. It is fun to use.

Can’t share from devices. Updates rearrange features making a simple app needlessly complex.

Bug in app that it doesnt show the same sticker when child clicks to enlarge it in the sticker book. Frustrates him. Otherwise has helped with brushing

This app is the best for my kids. It encourages for my kids to brush their teeth and not complain.

We’ve tried 4 different brushes. None of them scan.

The app is good, but there is no visual guide. The best way to describe my feelings with this app is “Meh”.

I’m just brushing my teeth every day and then I get a little sticker and then I go back and then they have ar mode

This toothbrushing app is wonderful my son who is four years old absolutely loves it. He thinks he’s winning every time. He brushes his teeth.

We have had this app for over 2 years now. Sadly none of the oral-b toothbrush we have purchased and tried to scan on this app ever worked. My kids keep being disappointed by this situation. The app and the ideas are interesting, it just needs to actually work to keep the kids excited.

App doesn’t scan! I feel like I’m wasting money on new toothbrush characters just for it to NOT work. Hate that you can’t share across devices, like your account should be connected no matter what device you’re on. Spent lots of money on characters but they are gone on the new device. It’s a great concept but too many issues to make it worth the time and money put into it.

I’ve noticed my kids brushing a lot longer after starting to use this app. It’s made brushing time fun for both my one and a half year-old and my four year old camera has a hard time picking up the picture on the brush so once you throw away the packaging, you can’t add a new brush. The only other problem is the fact that you can’t have the program on two different phones and share over the data. (i.e. the stickers) This makes it difficult on days that I can’t brush with them or they brush with my wife. Other than that, I love it.

Updating my previous 5 Star rating to 1 Star as this app is unusable after updating to iOS 18. In addition to that, the other day I got a new phone and all the characters we earned from scanning products we purchased ARE GONE! The biggest problem is that some, if not most, of these products are no longer available for purchase, so we will be forced to PAY FOR IN APP PURCHASES to get these characters back. What a way to ruin what used to be a great experience and app. I hope this gets updated; at which point I’ll happily submit an updated review.

I love this app the only thing is that i can't make an account and save it to another device with all the sticker books that i have unlocked 😞 please make that an option 🙂otherwise i love this app 🥰 !!!
