What happened?

Update - the stickers are back, thank you! It is exciting to brush again!

My daughter loved brushing her teeth and collecting her stickers. She reviews them and is so proud of them. Then with the last update they all disappear and are replaced by an hourglass. She lost months worth of stickers. Really disappointing.
